Who can use our services?

Clouding 360 is compatible with any type of company that uses computers.

What is the difference between Cloud Servers and other solutions like Dropbox or Gmail?

Los Servidores Virtuales de Clouding 360 Virtual Servers have a complete solution, since the users have everything they need online – everything from a single site. Dropbox or Gmail are partial solutions.

What are the security mechanisms?

Our systems are housed in a certified Datacenter; we have additional security levels through redundant Firewalls. In the packaged solution, the security is based on Active Directory that allows very high levels of trust. In Private or hybrid security solutions, it depends on the client needs.

What kind of virtualization system is Clouding 360 based on?

Our platform consists of multiple HP or Dell physical servers, connected via redundant iSCSI to NAS disk arrays. The operating systems on these physical servers are VmWare and Hyper-V in High Availability (HA). Everything is managed from the System Center, which offers us total and absolute control and monitoring of the platform and allows us to anticipate possible problems or incidents.

Can I use it on a Mac computer?

You can connect and work from any device that has an internet connection, be it a PC, MAC, a Smartphone or a Tablet.

Do I need a specific type of internet connection?

All types work, even with a 3G mobile or higher technology.

Do I have to take care of the backups?

No. We make daily backup copies of all your information that will be kept for as long as you decide.

Will I be able to have servers in my office and in my cloud?

There is the possibility of linking the servers in your office with the Clouding 360 servers. Full integration can be carried out for applications that cannot be uploaded to the cloud, connecting them through VPN infrastructures.

What about Microsoft licenses?

All software installed on Clouding 360 has legal Microsoft licenses.

What is Clouding's schedule/ working hours?

Our SAT time is from 8:30 h to 14.00h and from 15:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Out of this schedule, we are always working in case any type of emergency appears.

Can I configure Clouding 360 in multiple languages?

Of course, Clouding 360 is a multilingual platform.

How to differentiate a local incident from a server one?

Any incident that happens within the cloud is generally caused by the server, therefore, contact us to resolve it.

How do I configure a MAC to access the Cloud Servers?

You just have to go to the Apple Store and search for the “Microsoft Remote Desktop” application. You can download it here: Microsoft Remote Desktop Application.

Download it to your MAC or Macbook to access your service.

Can I access the Clouding 360 Cloud Servers from a public WiFi or from 3G / 4G / 5G?

Yes. Don’t be afraid to connect from a public WiFi network, as communication is encrypted using SSL security. And yes, you can also connect to our Cloud Servers through 3G, 4G or 5G, sharing our mobile connection to work.

Do I need an antivirus on my devices?

Clouding 360 is a cloud service and therefore we have no control over your team globally. Even if your computer was infected, you can work with all your Clouding files without any issues.

How to change permissions of a folder?

For security reasons, users cannot change the permissions of a folder.

How can I create a document in the cloud and save it to a usb stick?

The procedure is the following:

  1. Create the document in Clouding 360 and save it in your files directory.
  2. Access the file through the file explorer.
  3. Select the file, press the right button and select the option “Copy” in the drop-down menu.
  4. Access the local desktop of our computer and press the right button, this time, select the option “Paste” in the same menu.
  5. Once the file is on your local desktop, it can be copied it to any external drive.
What if I need local technical support?

For local incidents, we have technicians who can resolve any incident.

If I detect an incident at night, when will I receive a response?

The incident will be registered and worked on, first thing in the morning.

Where will my information be?

All information is stored on redundant servers in our building located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona. If you want to visit us, contact us and we will discuss it with the Council, as long as the Data Protection Law is complied with.

What features are different between my server and the cloud server?

A Cloud Server makes it possible to convert computing into an expense adapted to the needs of each moment of the company. The higher the production, the higher the needs and the higher the cost. Lower production means less need and consequently lower costs. While maintaining the servers in a company involves a cost of equipment renewal, maintenance contracts, electricity consumption, etc.

Is there any software that cannot be uploaded to the server in the cloud? What can be done then?

We have 95% compatibility with market applications. If not, we would find a way to a solution.

How do I switch to another computer if I normally work locally?

You must configure the direct access to the cloud on your new computer and that’s it. It is a simple and immediate change. “

How do I diagnose connection problems if I have them?

Check that you have access to the Internet. If yes, the problem is that you do not have access to Clouding. Please contact our technical team to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
